1896
The family story begins.
In Sicily, cheese and olive oil were the family business. The roots of Drip begin with a family that already understood how food can bring people together around a table.
Over 40 Years in The Making
Before it was Drip, it was the pink vinaigrette at our family’s New York restaurant. Guests asked for extra, then asked to take it home. We served it for over 40 years before finally putting it in a bottle.
Some products begin with an idea. This one began with customers begging us to take it home.
Over 40 Years in The Making
This is not a recipe we rushed to market. It spent over 40 years being served, shared, and requested at the restaurant. By the time it became Drip, it had already earned its place at the table.
Before New York
Our story starts in Sicily in 1896, where cheese and olive oil were the family business. When our grandfather came to New York in 1926, he brought more than recipes. He brought a way of feeding people: generously, instinctively, and with the belief that the best food is the food everyone remembers.

Our grandfather arrived in New York carrying the family’s food traditions and the belief that the best recipes are the ones people remember.
1982
At the family restaurant, the pink vinaigrette became the house favorite. Guests asked for extra, then asked to take it home.
2026
After decades of requests, the recipe finally got its bottle. The same family favorite, now made for a much bigger table.
From the restaurant
For over 40 years, the proof was in the requests: extra on the salad, extra on the side, and something to bring home. Drip was shaped by real tables and real appetites long before it reached a shelf.
That is why the bottle feels new, but the flavor feels like it has always belonged there.
Why it lasted
Sweet, tangy, naturally pink, and made with organic ingredients, Drip was built for salad but never stayed in one lane. Dress, dip, drizzle, or marinate. The family history gets you to the table. The flavor keeps the bottle there.
